Absolutely. Unless your doctor advises otherwise for specific reasons, exercising from the 12th week of pregnancy is highly beneficial.
All our classes are led by certified prenatal fitness trainers and are designed to be safe while addressing the unique needs of pregnant women. The Society of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists of Canada recommends that women with a healthy pregnancy engage in regular physical activity.
Additionally, our prenatal trainers are specially trained and certified in prenatal exercise to ensure a safe and effective workout experience.
Since all our prenatal classes are adapted for pregnant women, you can exercise from the first to the last trimester. It is recommended to wait until after 12 weeks of pregnancy before starting a new physical activity.
