We are a family-focused fitness center offering the widest variety of group classes in the region. We feature four programs: prenatal, postnatal, adult, and family (child and parent-child). Our wide range of classes caters to different tastes and fitness levels.
Absolutely! We invite you to contact us to arrange your first visit to Studio Moov. You are entitled to ONE FREE trial class . Please note that Bungee Workout (and Bungee Workout Intro) as well as Aerial Yoga are not included in our free trial offer.
We encourage our clients to enjoy the benefits of training by registering for more than one class per week, with attractive discounts. When you purchase 2 fitness classes in the same session, you’ll receive 20% off each class. This offer applies to the registration of one person only. The discount does not apply to Bungee Workout or Aerial Yoga classes. Workshop-style classes such as Baby Massage and Motor Skills Activities are also excluded.
A session in progress can only be canceled for medical reasons (a medical note is required). In such cases, a maximum of half a session will be credited, starting from the date indicated on the doctor’s note. This credit will be valid for one year, non-transferable, and non-refundable. If the contract is terminated before Studio Moov has begun delivering its primary obligation (providing the class), the termination will be processed without fees or penalties for the client.

All missed classes can be made up WITHIN THE SAME SESSION. If you know you will be absent from a class, it is your responsibility to report your absence at least 2 hours before the class start time through our web app. If you do not, you will forfeit the missed class. By reporting your absence, you will be entitled to a make-up class, which you can schedule by reserving a spot in the class of your choice.

For the pay-per-session classes, you have until the expiration date of your package (one year from the purchase date) to use your class.

We’ll be happy to support you in achieving your personal training goals. Contact us so we can discuss the different plans available.

<tc>Prenatal</tc>

We’re with you from the first to the third trimester.

Absolutely — unless your doctor advises against it for specific reasons, exercising from the 12th week of pregnancy can be very beneficial.

All our classes, led by certified prenatal fitness trainers, are safe and designed to meet the needs and specificities of expectant mothers. The Society of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists of Canada recommends that women with a normal pregnancy engage in regular physical activity. In addition, our prenatal program trainers are specialized and certified in prenatal fitness.

Since all our prenatal classes are adapted for expectant mothers, you can train from the first to the third trimester. It is recommended to wait until after 12 weeks of pregnancy before starting a new physical activity.
Babies and children can only accompany you in classes within the postnatal category. If you plan to attend with a baby or child, we recommend contacting us so we can guide you toward the postnatal class that will be best suited for expectant mothers as well. For 18 months and older child a daycare service is provide during certain adult classes.
You’ll need to bring your yoga mat. We recommend wearing comfortable clothing and sport shoes. You may also bring a water bottle and a small towel.
Our locker rooms are equipped with showers accessible to everyone. Please bring your own toiletries, including soap and a towel.

<tc>Postnatal</tc>

To make your visits easier and your experience enjoyable, our Studio is fully adapted for babies and children.
Babies and children are welcome in ALL classes offered in our postnatal program. In fact, our mom-and-baby classes are designed so you can work out with your child(ren) by your side. We do not offer daycare services — our approach is inclusive. We have plenty of “stations” for babies (play mats, chairs, swings, saucers, etc.) and lots of toys for children to keep them entertained during your workout. All equipment is cleaned and sanitized regularly.
Absolutely! Children of all ages are welcome in postnatal classes. However, they remain under your responsibility, as there is no daycare service or supervision outside the classroom.

You. Your baby. Your yoga mat. Your smile! No need to pack up the house when coming to the Studio. Dressed in your comfortable clothing and sport shoes, all you’ll need is the essentials to care for your baby (milk, diaper) and your water bottle. On site, we have plenty of “stations” (play mats, chairs, swings, saucers, etc.) and toys to keep little ones entertained.

Our facilities include: nursing pillows, a microwave, a bottle warmer, small chairs for feeding baby, changing tables, showers, and a potty. We even have extra pairs of arms to give you a helping hand if your baby cries…

If you are registered in the postnatal program, you may make up classes in the adult classes. However, please note that these classes are without babies or children.
If you don’t have a child and the postnatal class times work for you, you’re welcome to join! However, please note that these classes are primarily designed for moms who have recently given birth. There will be adorable babies on site — moving around, babbling, crying, and sleeping.
The postnatal period is different for everyone. Returning to training depends on several factors, such as the type of delivery, your level of fatigue, and your overall fitness level. We invite you to refer to the article here for guidance. Please don’t hesitate to contact us so we can offer you further support.
We recommend baby carriers that support children ergonomically, with the knees positioned higher than the hips. Of course, the carrier should also be comfortable for the mom wearing it. Our favorite brands are Ergobaby, Lillébaby, Tula, and woven wraps for very young babies (newborns). If you don’t own a baby carrier, we can lend you one for your first class so you can try it out. Our guidance will help you choose an optimal, long-term carrier. Please note that our team is always available to help you position your baby comfortably in the carrier.
You don’t need a “Cadillac” stroller for the stroller fitness class — four wheels and a seat are all you need! That said, the experience can be a bit more enjoyable with a stroller that steers easily. If you have a double stroller, feel free to bring more than one child to the class!
We recommend dressing your baby/child according to the outdoor temperature. For stroller fitness classes, be sure to apply sunscreen or use a stroller sun cover. TrailFit classes take place in the forest, so it’s a good idea to bring insect repellent. Since your baby will be close to you (and you’ll be getting warm!), we suggest not dressing them too heavily. If you register for TrailFit, you’ll receive detailed information on how to dress your child depending on how you’ll be carrying them (front or back). For winter classes, you can also refer to our blog article here.

<tc>Adults Classes</tc>

Yes, we offer adult class time slots in the morning and at midday.
At Studio Moov, there’s no “Mr./Ms. Fitness” stereotype — everyone progresses at their own pace. Our classes are designed to respect each person’s needs and suit all tastes and fitness levels. Many classes offer varied levels, allowing each participant to choose their desired intensity within the same workout. In addition, during a single class, we provide different alternatives for the same movement so everyone can move in their own way! Our schedule includes many interval-based classes, which allow each person to adopt the pace that works best for them. If you’d like guidance on which classes might be right for you, please don’t hesitate to contact us!
You’ll need to bring your yoga mat. For comfort, we recommend wearing sports clothing and shoes. Avoid wearing jewelry. We also suggest bringing a water bottle and a small towel.
Adult classes are intended for adults. If your child is independent, they may accompany you to the Studio and settle in our multipurpose room (with chairs and television) during your workout. Babies and young children are not permitted. We offer mom-and-baby (postnatal) classes designed for this purpose, and our daycare service is also available on certain evenings for children aged 18 months and up.
We have separate locker rooms for women and men. Both are equipped with showers and changing areas. You may bring your own lock if you wish to use a locker during your class.
Our locker rooms are equipped with showers accessible to everyone. Please bring your own toiletries, including soap and a towel.

The joy of moving together!
You only need to register once, under the child's name. The parent participates in the class for free.

Absolutely! The more, the merrier! You can register both children and receive a 20% discount on the total cost. The adult does not need to complete a separate registration—parents train for free with their kids!

Parent-child classes are designed for you and your child to share a fun, non-competitive physical activity together. While you should wear comfortable workout clothes and expect to get warm, the primary goal of these classes is for your child to develop motor skills and enjoy the experience with you!
Are you a single parent or is one parent unavailable on weekends? You are welcome to attend your older child's Moov Mini class with your baby, as long as the baby remains in a carrier. However, any sibling old enough to participate in the motor skill circuits must be registered under their own name to join the class.
You should wear comfortable clothing and athletic shoes. We also recommend bringing a water bottle.
The classes available in the child and parent-child section are clearly labeled according to the required age for children. We kindly ask that you respect the age requirements when registering. Our programs are designed to align with each child's learning pace and motor skills, but some classes have prerequisites based on age, overall motor development, and the child's ability to listen and concentrate.
Yes, walking is a prerequisite for the Moov Mini program.
