REFUND/CREDIT POLICY

Case 1

In the event that Studio Moov is unable to offer the scheduled session due to uncontrollable circumstances (e.g., pandemic, health crisis, involuntary closure of the facility):

  • Any unstarted paid session will be postponed to a later date (upon reopening).
  • If a paid session is already in progress at the time of closure, it will be extended for the number of weeks affected by the closure.
  • The expiration date for À LA CARTE sessions will be extended for the number of days corresponding to the involuntary closure period.

Case 2

If a client decides to withdraw from the session for personal reasons or medical reasons:

  • If the withdrawal is for personal reasons, no credit or refund will be issued (this includes cases related to a positive COVID-19 test or mandatory quarantine for the client or a family member).
  • With the presentation of a doctor’s note related to an injury, surgery, or other valid medical reason, the remaining courses in the session will be credited to the client's account.

The credited sessions will be applied from the date indicated on the medical note, which must be submitted in person or by email at info@studiomoov.com.

Make-up Classes & Scheduling

  • Clients may make up a missed class at any time before the end of the current session.
  • À LA CARTE sessions must be used within one year of purchase.
  • Using our personalized web application, clients can manage their own absences and rescheduling independently.
  • As a courtesy to other participants, please update your profile at least two hours before class to indicate your absence.
  • If an absence is not reported at least two hours in advance, the right to a make-up class is automatically forfeited.
  • Make-up classes cannot be carried over to a future session.
