Consultation with a Physician
Studio Moov Inc. and Studio Moov Online strongly recommend consulting your physician before starting any exercise program. You should be in good physical condition and health to participate in any fitness program, group class, or training session.
Studio Moov Inc. and Studio Moov Online are not licensed medical care providers and do not claim to have expertise in diagnosing, examining, or treating medical conditions or in determining the effect of any exercise on a particular medical condition.
By participating in this exercise or fitness program, you acknowledge that there is a risk of injury. You agree to participate at your own risk, assume all injury-related risks, and release Studio Moov Inc. and Studio Moov Online from any claims or causes of action, known or unknown, arising from physical activity through its platforms.
Registration
Each participant purchasing an adult, prenatal, or postnatal class must create their own account and complete the registration form. For children’s and parent-child classes, providing the participant's name and age at the time of purchase is mandatory.
Injuries or Limitations
All exercises at Studio Moov are delivered by qualified instructors in their respective disciplines. If you have injuries or physical limitations, you are responsible for informing the instructor. As a client, you remain fully responsible for your practice, safety, and well-being, as well as for your baby's safety in postnatal classes.
Listen to your body, respect your limits, and feel free to skip an exercise if you are tired or unable to perform it safely.
Risks Associated with Physical Activity
I acknowledge that I have been informed of the inherent risks associated with participating in activities included in Studio Moov’s programs. The risks associated with the activity I or my child am registering for may include, but are not limited to:
- Injuries due to falls or movements (sprains, strains, fractures, etc.)
- Injuries resulting from accidental or unintentional contact between participants
I confirm that I have disclosed, in writing on the registration form, any medical condition or illness that could affect my child during the activity. I release Studio Moov from any liability related to potential injuries resulting from participation in these activities.
Photo and Video Captures
Occasionally, Studio Moov’s team captures photos and videos during live classes. You are required to inform the team if you do not wish to appear in these recordings, which may be used for publications, displays, promotions, exhibitions, or advertising related to the company.
By participating, you acknowledge that no compensation will be provided, regardless of the medium or platform where the content is used.
I acknowledge that I have read and understood the terms and conditions outlined above. I release Studio Moov’s management and instructors from all liability. By purchasing a class, you automatically accept these policies.
