FAQ

Pay-per-class sessions are valid for 1 year (365 days) from the date of purchase. It is not possible to book or make up a class after the expiration date.

Once your purchase is complete, you’ll receive an email inviting you to download the Studio Moov web app. From there, you can book your classes, manage absences, and schedule make-ups. Please note that you must reserve your classes before coming to the Studio.

You must report your absence at least two hours before the class start time through the Studio Moov app in order to receive a make-up credit, which will appear directly in your app. No make-up classes are granted if the absence is not reported, and no make-up classes are available past the expiration date of your session pack.

ALL the classes listed here are available for booking through the app, along with our prenatal and postnatal programs. This means you can choose the sessions that best fit your preferences and schedule. You can even join our postnatal classes without a baby—if the time slot works for you!

If a class shows as “full” in the app, you can book another session or check back a few hours before the class—spots may open up if someone cancels. You can also register on the waiting list, you will receive an e-mail if a spot gets available.
