FAQ

Sessions are valid for 1 year (365 days) after the purchase date of the package. It is not possible to book or rebook a class beyond this expiration date.
Once your transaction is complete, you will receive an email inviting you to download the Studio Moov web application which will allow you to book your sessions, then manage your absences and your return visits. You must book your sessions before coming to the Studio.
You must report your absence at least two hours before the class start time through the Studio Moov app in order to receive a make-up credit, which will appear directly in your app. No make-up classes are granted if the absence is not reported, and none are available beyond the expiration date indicated at the time of purchase.
ALL the classes listed here are available for booking through the app, along with our prenatal and adult programs. This means you can choose the sessions that best fit your preferences and schedule.
If a class shows as “full” in the app, you can book another session or check back a few hours before the class—spots may open up if someone cancels. You can also register on the waiting list, you will receive an e-mail if a spot gets available.
