In this 1-hour session, our physiotherapist specializing in perinatal health will explain:
The effects of pregnancy and childbirth on your body
What to do (and avoid) in the first weeks after baby’s arrival
How to effectively engage your pelvic floor and self-assess
Warning signs to watch for: urinary leakage, heaviness, constipation, scar pain, and when to seek help
We’ll also tackle persistent myths, the truly good habits to adopt daily, the importance of breathing, and tools to prevent or reduce pelvic symptoms.
This workshop is an essential starting point and a solid foundation for returning to fitness after pregnancy — with confidence.
