Prenatal Aqua Fitness
Our Prenatal Aqua Fitness class allows you to tone your body while enjoying the soothing benefits of water and weightlessness. This dynamic class includes a variety of exercises designed to strengthen your heart and circulatory system, while remaining fully adapted to pregnant women at any stage of pregnancy. With moderate cardiovascular training and impact-free strength exercises, you can safely stay active and reach your fitness goals.
Each week, the class structure evolves to provide a variety of exercises and keep your workouts engaging.
📅 Every Thursday, after class, you’re invited to join our Maternity Café with the grandmothers from the residence, in the small lounge near the reception. This gathering is an opportunity to create meaningful connections, share experiences, and enjoy inspiring moments together!
You have until 2h before the start of class to report your absence via our mobile app without losing your class.
À la carte : Your class will be restored with the same expiry date as at the time of purchase.
Session registration : A makeup will be generated and you can schedule your makeup class WITHIN THE SAME SESSION for any class (some exclusions apply). At the end of the session, unused makeups will be lost.
Exception: If, at the end of your session, you have two or more unused makeups remaining, you may recover up to 50% of these makeups, subject to the following conditions .
