This class focuses entirely on your core — the famous abdominal belt — and your back. In just 20–25 minutes, your abs will be on fire! You can take this class on its own or pair it with another workout.
HIIT Circuit is a functional training method that targets part or all of the body through specific movements performed in intervals. Non-choreographed, this class helps improve cardiovascular endurance, strength, speed, coordination, and agility.
This class is designed to explore movements that combine strength and flexibility. Bring your body into perfect balance by working through stability, strengthening, and stretching exercises. Movements are presented as a sequence of isolated exercises, gradually leading you to experience a specific “peak pose” or a series of complex movements. Watch the presentation video.

Pilates combines a series of movements designed to strengthen the muscles. By targeting the deeper muscles, it aims to improve posture and create a toned body. Pilates places great emphasis on body alignment and breathing. Practiced regularly, it enhances flexibility and mobility while relieving back pain.
Inspired by fitness movements and the search for balance and stability, Power Flow is a class where slow postures are linked together in sync with your breath. The focus is on large ranges of motion to keep the body toned and balanced, then grounding into the floor for greater stability.
Power HIIT is a non-choreographed workout using only bodyweight. This class combines the latest High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) techniques with more traditional exercises. The goal: fire up your metabolism! The intense combinations will push you to work at your maximum.
This class will help develop muscular endurance in all the muscles of your lower body. Using only your bodyweight, you’ll quickly strengthen your glutes, thighs, and legs. The stretching class will teach you to explore various postures aimed at deeply loosening and lengthening your muscles. Practicing stretches is beneficial for rebalancing muscle tone and flexibility, strengthening bones and joints, preventing injuries, and avoiding premature loss of physical autonomy.
Yoga is an ancient practice that offers both physical and mental benefits. Through postures performed in sync with your breath, yoga tones and stretches the muscles while releasing tension. Breathing exercises and deepening the breath help improve respiratory capacity.

This class is specially designed for expectant mothers looking for a complete, pregnancy-safe workout (low-impact cardio). The focus is on toning the core, pelvic floor, and postural muscles to support your baby’s growth and help relieve common pregnancy discomforts.

Prenatal yoga helps you embrace all the transformations that come with pregnancy. This class includes poses, strengthening exercises, and stretches tailored to the needs of expectant mothers. Each participant works at her own pace, according to her abilities and limits, to build strength and mobility. Breathing, visualization, and relaxation techniques are also incorporated to encourage a sense of confidence and calm.

To help new moms recover after childbirth, we offer a gentle class that can be started as early as the first weeks of your baby’s life. Simple exercises are designed to support healing of the pelvic floor and transverse abdominis, along with micro-movements that specifically target these areas. Mostly performed lying on your back with your baby beside you, these exercises will also help reposition internal organs, realign the ribs, and close the pelvis.
The stretching class will guide you through various postures designed to deeply loosen and lengthen your muscles. It helps relieve shoulder and back pain caused by breastfeeding or poor posture when feeding your baby. Since you likely hold your baby in your arms often, this class will help stretch the muscles that cause discomfort. Suitable from 3 months postpartum.
Postnatal Yoga is an excellent way to gently readapt your body, supporting proper recovery and healing after childbirth. You’ll be guided through dynamic yoga exercises and routines, with some postures incorporating your baby. The healing work for the pelvic floor and transverse abdominis will also continue. Suitable from 3 months postpartum.

Our family program classes are designed to respect each child’s developmental pace and to spark a love of movement through fun and enjoyment! The ultimate goal is to be active together as a family and build strong bonds through physical activity… because moving as a family is priceless!

<tc>Family classes</tc>

The Bootcamp is designed to get the whole family moving! On the Moov Online platform, you’ll find the Mini Bootcamp (ages 2–5), the Bootcamp for kids aged 5–9, and the Bootcamp for older children (ages 9–12). This class is created to introduce children to the basics of training through the joy of movement! They’ll learn about speed, rhythm, acceleration, movement patterns, and intensity. Respect for others and building self-confidence are at the heart of each session. At the start of the class, trainers will guide you on the equipment needed — simple items you can easily find at home.
HIIT Music is the perfect class to let loose to popular, upbeat music. It’s designed to boost both your energy and your smile! You’ll enjoy simple, dynamic choreographies that the whole family can do together. Ideal for children aged 4 and up. No equipment required.
Family Zen is a positive family activity where you’ll explore stretching movements and develop body awareness, either solo or in pairs. The focus is on techniques to center, ground, and calm yourself. You’ll be guided through fun, playful, and relaxing poses you can enjoy with your children from age 4 and up. Occasionally, you may need simple equipment (easily found at home), which will be specified at the beginning of the session.
Meditation can take many forms. For adults, finding inner peace and calming the body is a continual quest. Learning and experiencing the benefits of meditation from a young age naturally fosters better self-awareness, greater emotional regulation, and the ability to cultivate gratitude. Young children need guidance to learn how to relax, along with concrete, body-based experiences to help them get there. “Little Meditations / Quiet Time” offers guided exercises that help your child improve focus, enhance learning, and support overall well-being.
The Intro to Dance class aims to spark children’s creativity and musical awareness. The proposed sequences are designed to help them develop spatial and temporal orientation — the ability to move their body through space. They’ll move to different rhythms and tempos, and you’ll be amazed at how quickly they progress. Chassé, tendu, flex, arabesque — these are movements they’ll practice and repeat! This class also helps little ones memorize short choreographies.
