Each session includes gentle, pregnancy-safe poses that help stretch and strengthen the body at your own pace. You’ll also practice breathing, visualization, and relaxation techniques to cultivate a deep sense of calm and confidence as you prepare for birth.
Prenatal yoga can be practiced throughout pregnancy, and the longer you practice, the more benefits you’ll experience. No prior yoga experience is needed—just a willingness to nurture yourself and your baby.
