Using a suspended hammock, you’ll move through poses in suspension, inversions, or with ground contact—stretching, aligning, and strengthening your body in new ways. This method not only enhances posture and joint mobility, but also decompresses the spine, leaving you feeling both light and grounded.

A creative and adaptable practice, aerial yoga respects individual limits while offering the perfect balance of strength, mobility, and relaxation.

Important Notes: For safety reasons, avoid wearing lycra, remove all jewelry, and wear short or long sleeves (tank tops are not recommended). This class is not advised for individuals with high blood pressure, heart conditions, glaucoma, or low bone density. Maximum weight: 220 lbs.
