Several of our group classes are accessible and especially popular with adults 50+ and retirees, in particular our daytime classes (Fitness Conditioning, Yoga, Pilates, Body Bar), which focus on mobility, functional strength, and balance. Our trainers offer options tailored to every fitness level, in a warm and non-judgmental atmosphere.

Group training combines the benefits of physical activity (cardiovascular health, strength, mobility, stress management, better sleep) with those of the group setting: motivation, commitment, a sense of belonging, and fun. The WHO recommends 150 to 300 minutes of moderate physical activity per week for adults. Our classes help you reach that goal while staying consistent.
Yes. All of Studio Moov's trainers are certified in their specialty (cardio, strength training, Zumba®, Pilates, yoga, Trampofit, Bungee Workout, etc.) and continually train to provide you with safe, effective, and tailored classes. Several also hold additional certifications in perinatal fitness, mobility, or injury prevention.
Full session registration lets you reserve a fixed spot in a specific class for the entire duration of a session (generally 7 to 9 weeks). This is ideal for building a consistent routine. Pay-per-class packages offer more flexibility: you purchase a single class or a package of classes and book according to your own schedule, choosing from various available classes and time slots. Some classes are not available as pay-per-class packages: Aerial Hammock Yoga, Bungee Workout, workshops, aquafitness, massage-and-talk sessions, motor-skills activities, and family programs.
All of our group classes are accessible to beginners. Our certified trainers consistently offer options and intensity levels for every exercise. The atmosphere at Studio Moov is welcoming and non-judgmental: you progress at your own pace, no matter your starting point. If you're unsure, we recommend starting with a Fitness Conditioning, Yoga, or Pilates class.

Each class is designed to adapt to different levels, from beginner to advanced.
Our adult group classes take place at Studio Moov, located at 4575 boulevard de la Grande-Allée in Boisbriand. The studio conveniently serves residents of Blainville, Sainte-Thérèse, Rosemère, Mirabel, Lorraine, Bois-des-Filion, Sainte-Anne-des-Plaines, and Laval, right in the heart of Montreal's North Shore. Free on-site parking.
Yes, we have class time slots for adults in the morning and at midday.
t Studio Moov, there's no "Mr./Ms. Fitness." Everyone progresses at their own pace. Our classes are designed to respect each person's needs and suit every preference and fitness level. Many classes offer varying levels, allowing everyone to choose the intensity they want within the same workout. Also, within a single class, we provide different alternatives for the same movement so that everyone can move their own way! Our schedule includes a good number of interval-based classes, which lets each person set their preferred pace. If you'd like advice on which classes might suit you best, don't hesitate to reach out to us!
You must bring your own yoga mat. For your comfort, we recommend wearing athletic clothing and shoes. Avoid wearing jewelry. We also suggest bringing a water bottle and a small towel.
Adult classes are intended for adults. If your child is independent, they may come with you to the Studio and settle in our multipurpose room (armchairs, television) during your workout. Babies and young children are not permitted. We offer mom-and-baby (postnatal) classes designed for this purpose. A childcare service is now available on certain evenings for children aged 18 months and older.

We have locker rooms for women and for men. Both rooms are equipped with showers and changing areas. You may bring your own padlock if you wish to use a locker during your class.
