Take a moment for yourself while sharing a soothing and nurturing experience with your baby through Mom-Baby Yoga. This class is specially designed for new moms, featuring postnatal-friendly exercises that help restore strength, mobility, and balance.

Through dynamic yoga postures, you'll gently work on pelvic floor and deep abdominal (transverse) rehabilitation, both essential for postpartum recovery. Some poses incorporate baby, encouraging bonding and connection, while allowing you to refocus on your well-being.

Each session also includes:

Postnatal guidance to help understand and embrace your body's postpartum changes
Progressive exercises to safely strengthen your body at your own pace
A moment of relaxation and calm, perfect for both mom and baby

This class is designed to help you reconnect with your body in a gentle, mindful way, while creating a harmonious experience with your baby.

Baby stays close! Play stations are available so your little one can be comfortably settled nearby while you practice.
