Body Bar Mom-Baby is a full-body strength training class, designed to target every muscle group with a progressive, postnatal-friendly approach.
Using a weighted bar and additional equipment, you'll work one muscle group at a time, following a set number of repetitions and a rhythmic flow to the music. Each session is designed to gradually evolve, with weights that can be adjusted to your fitness level and increased safely over time for continuous progress.
