Looking to get back into shape after a break or injury but not sure where to start? Our dynamic fitness class is designed to help you regain your strength, endurance, and energy at your own pace and without pressure .

With the guidance of a dedicated trainer, you'll master the fundamental movements of fitness training while building confidence. A small group setting ensures personalized attention, allowing you to progress safely and effectively.

Each week, the class format changes—introducing new exercises, accessories, and training methods. It’s the perfect way to explore group workouts and find what truly motivates you!

You have until 2h before the start of class to report your absence via our mobile app without losing your class.

À la carte: Your class will be restored with the same expiry date as at the time of purchase.

Session registration: A makeup will be generated and you can schedule your makeup class WITHIN THE SAME SESSION for any class (some exclusions apply). At the end of the session, unused makeups will be lost.

Exception: If, at the end of your session, you have two or more unused makeups remaining, you may recover up to 50% of these makeups, subject to the following conditions.
