Baby massage & discussion (0-12 months)

Nowadays, numerous studies show impressive results on the benefits of baby massage. Through massage, a relationship based on respect, love, and trust is established, fostering a strong attachment bond.

The goal of these sessions is to help you discover the benefits of infant massage and receive valuable advice on various postnatal topics. This class is also a space for discussion and support, where all parents can feel heard and well-guided.

During the baby massage segment, you will explore:

✔ A complete and safe routine that helps regulate deep sleep and calm wakeful states in babies.
✔ Techniques to strengthen, regulate, and stimulate different body systems.
✔ Simple exercises and tips to relieve common baby discomforts such as gas, colic, constipation, congestion, teething pain, etc.
✔ How to foster daily attachment and bonding with your child.

During the discussion segment, topics will include:

✔ Baby’s cries – Understanding and responding as a parent.
✔ Preventing plagiocephaly (flat head syndrome) and simple exercises for baby.
✔ What types of stimulation are best for baby’s development.
✔ Caring for minor baby ailments and common discomforts.
✔ The role of fathers in bonding and caregiving.
✔ Attachment, stranger anxiety, and separation distress in babies.
✔ Daycare transition and integration.
✔ And more!

These sessions are led by Isabelle Veilleux, a specialist in perinatal care and early childhood development.

You have until 2h before the start of class to report your absence via our mobile app without losing your class.

À la carte: Your class will be restored with the same expiry date as at the time of purchase.

Session registration: A makeup will be generated and you can schedule your makeup class WITHIN THE SAME SESSION for any class (some exclusions apply). At the end of the session, unused makeups will be lost.

Exception: If, at the end of your session, you have two or more unused makeups remaining, you may recover up to 50% of these makeups, subject to the following conditions.
