
Intro to Bungee Workout

No transfers to another Bungee class or refunds will be granted for any reason (Covid, illness, family matters, traffic delays, etc.).
This introductory class is perfect for anyone who has never tried Bungee Workout before. You’ll discover this one-of-a-kind activity that is intense, fun, and effective, surrounded by others who are also giving it a go for the very first time.
You’ll improve your coordination and balance while working with bungee cords that cushion impact on your joints. The suspension forces your stabilizing muscles to stay engaged at all times, allowing you to run, jump, and dive in every direction.
Rest assured, this intro class is designed to safely teach you the basic moves so you can enjoy the experience with confidence!
Please note: this class is not recommended for individuals with hip or back sensitivity. Maximum weight: 220 lbs. Ages 14 and up.
**You must arrive 10–15 minutes before class starts. LATE ARRIVALS WILL NOT BE PERMITTED TO PARTICIPATE. Once the class begins, no one will be admitted to the studio (no refunds will be issued).
