This hands-on workshop gives you practical tools to approach childbirth with more confidence, comfort, and control — and especially to care for your pelvic floor before, during, and after the big day.
Before childbirth, you’ll learn:
Breathing techniques that truly make a difference
Movements that encourage optimal baby positioning
Concrete strategies for pain management and releasing tension
How to perform perineal massage, effective pushing positions, and the different pushing techniques
For the postpartum period, we’ll cover:
Tips to relieve your pelvic floor, manage hemorrhoids, and ease pelvic pain
The importance of proper bracing and healthy habits for breastfeeding, your first bowel movement, and more
What to pack in your bag, how to move according to your comfort level, and when (and how) to start those famous Kegels
This workshop is designed to equip you with accurate, simple, and warm guidance through the ups, downs… and your pelvic floor!
