Our Programs

Designed by experts, each program offers scheduled sessions with the flexibility to fit your lifestyle. A structured calendar is provided, but you decide when to complete your workouts each day.  
Although pre-recorded, each session is engaging and motivating. The programs include specific goals, targeted challenges, and a personal tracking system to plan your workouts, access session content, and monitor your progress.

Moov 30 Program

Goal: Assess fitness level and commit to improving cardiovascular and muscular capacity.

Duration: 30 days / 20-30 minutes per day

Program Content: Strength training, endurance, cardio, and stretching. Includes a "Fit Test" on day 1 and day 30.

Required Equipment: Free weights, chairs, yoga blocks, and gliding discs.

Mix Program

Goal: Improve cardiovascular and muscular endurance through music-based sequences and interval training blocks.

Duration: 20 days / 20-30 minutes per day

Program Content: 15 training days (strength training, Cardio Challenge, Muscle Challenge) and 5 rest days.

Required Equipment: Free weights, handled resistance band (or Pilates band), gliding discs (or a cloth).

*During the first session, trainers will guide you on alternative equipment options if you don’t have gear at home. You can also complete this program without any equipment.
